What is the difference between a narcissist and a clout chaser?

Is there any significant difference between someone being a narcissist or a clout chaser?

Clout chasers are narcissists so there is no difference between saying someone is a narcissist and they aren't a clout chaser. In other words, clout chasers crave attention so much that they become friends with people so they may receive all the attention they can get. That, to me, sounds narcissistic.
