Xiaomi teases West with absurdly cheap Redmi monitors in China

Xiaomi has introduced three affordable gaming displays through its Redmi A-series lineup, targeting budget-conscious consumers with exceptional value propositions. The company positions these monitors below traditional $100 price points while maintaining competitive specifications for entry-level markets. Each model targets different user requirements across various screen sizes and performance levels.

The smallest A22 model features a 21.45-inch VA panel with a 100Hz refresh rate and 1080p resolution, retailing for 379 Yuan or approximately $53. The A24 variant offers 24-inch IPS technology with 144Hz capabilities and Delta E color accuracy below one unit, priced at 469 Yuan or $65. The largest A27 monitor extends the 144Hz IPS experience to 27 inches while maintaining 1080p resolution, 300-nit brightness, and 99 percent sRGB color coverage for 579 Yuan or $80.

Chinese consumers can purchase these displays through JD, a major domestic e-commerce platform. The monitors represent significant value compared to competing products from established brands like MSI.
