Yemi Ayebo Accuses Olamide of Ignoring His Calls After Using His Name

Nollywood actor Yemi Ayebo thinks musician Olamide treated him poorly after borrowing his famous nickname for a song. The performer goes by Yemi My While and says the rapper used his stage name without permission or payment. He tried reaching out through Fuji music star Pasuma to discuss the situation with Olamide directly.

Ayebo admits that having his name in popular songs brought him more fame and recognition. Artists like Davido and various comedy creators also reference his nickname in their work. He believes God blessed his name and that explains why entertainment figures keep using it in their projects.

Pasuma helped arrange the first phone conversation between Ayebo and Olamide after hearing about the dispute. The rapper told Ayebo to collect his contact information and call him later. Pasuma shared the phone number and encouraged both men to work things out peacefully.

Ayebo claims he called Olamide repeatedly for six months without receiving any response. He sent text messages and tried different ways to reach the busy musician. The actor feels disappointed that Olamide promised to talk but never followed through on his commitment.

The situation highlights how entertainers sometimes borrow names and phrases from other performers without asking first. Ayebo wants fair treatment from artists who profit from using his popular nickname. He hopes future collaborations will involve proper communication and respect between all parties involved.
