Yogesh Kathuniya secured silver on Monday in the men's discus throw F56 event at the World Para Athletics Championships 2025. The 28-year-old threw 42.49 meters in his second attempt. Brazil's Claudiney Batista won gold with 45.67 meters. This marked Kathuniya's third consecutive world championship silver medal.

Sundar Singh Gurjar took silver with 64.76 meters in the same event.
