Prof Mohammad Yunus dropped by Evercare Hospital in Bashundhara to check on Khaleda Zia, who's been sitting in the Coronary Care Unit fighting for her life. Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir and some doctors met him when he showed up, and they all headed to the CCU, where specialists from Mount Sinai, Johns Hopkins, the UK, and China have been working on her case. Yunus told the family to hang tight and promised government support to speed things up.

The government plans to run helicopter test landings near the hospital as part of security protocols since she is rated as a VVIP.
