PRNigeria founder Malam Yushau A. Shuaib filed a lawsuit against the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies at the Federal High Court in Abuja. The case challenges his removal from Senior Executive Course 47 and demands one billion naira in damages. Shuaib seeks an additional 100 million naira for litigation expenses through his legal representative, Senior Advocate Yunus Abdulsalam. The plaintiff requests court orders for reinstatement with complete privileges and benefits. He also wants perpetual injunctions preventing further harassment from NIPSS officials.
