Zanu PF in Masvingo builds snazzy new HQ complex

Zanu PF started building a brand new office complex in Masvingo. They put it on the west side of town in an area called Clovelly. The party plans to add a huge meeting hall where 10,000 people can sit together. Right before, Dr. Paul Tungwarara helped out with 600 cement bags and 50,000 face bricks.

These materials added to what they already had, bringing their brick total to 80,000. The party currently runs from spaces they pay rent for because they never had a permanent place. This project marks something completely new for them in this part of Zimbabwe. When they handed over the materials yesterday, Ezra Chadzamira spoke for Dr. Tungwarara at the building site.

Chadzamira called the new headquarters a big first for their group. He said everything should be finished by December this year. He thanked everyone for the donation, which pushed their supplies to 80,000 bricks. The project moves forward quickly, with party members promising to bring furniture later and roof work already happening.

Chadzamira mentioned that this shows how much people believe in President Mnangagwa. He said anyone who thinks someone else might lead before 2030 needs help with bad spirits because Mnangagwa leads the country toward its future goals. The local party chairman Rabson Mavhenyengwa explained that once finished, all meetings, including big district events, will happen at this location.

Mavhenyengwa thanked both President Mnangagwa and Dr. Tungwarara for helping start the project. The construction creates jobs for people who live nearby since workers come from surrounding neighborhoods. The building represents a major step for the ruling party as they establish their permanent home base in Masvingo province.
