Zanzibar revamps SMZ Forces with housing, reforms

Zanzibar troops finally get decent cribs instead of empty promises. Hemed Suleiman Abdulla visited Ng’ambwa in Chake Chake District to lay bricks for new officer housing while claiming operational reforms will actually fix efficiency. The Second Vice-President insists these upgrades honor the original revolutionary vision for better living standards across Unguja and Pemba.

He told the Zanzibar Economic Empowerment Army to stop being dinosaurs and embrace modern tech immediately. Abdulla warned the squad that corruption or laziness would trigger serious consequences. The leader also shouted at management to pay welfare benefits on time because starving soldiers rarely fight well.

Idrisa Kitwana Mustafa believes this construction proves the administration cares about fixing the housing crisis. Issa Mahfoudh noted the squad is currently juggling over twenty different builds. The permanent secretary confirmed plans involve erecting two apartment blocks containing thirty units to get personnel out of the cold.

Makame Abdalla Daima bragged that the government dropped over fourteen billion shillings last year to fund this spree. The JKU commander listed new offices and dorms as part of the massive expenditure. These investments supposedly cover everything from schools to sleeping quarters for the rank and file.
