Zimbabwe stays chill and business goes on

Protesters hoping to stir up trouble went home empty-handed yesterday as Zimbabweans nationwide chose peace over chaos. The planned demonstration by former Zanu PF Central Committee member, Blessed Geza, completely flopped, with citizens across the country keeping things calm and steady.

Schools opened normally, students attended classes without interruption, and life continued as usual. The day highlighted Zimbabweans' incredible commitment to maintaining harmony despite attempts to create unrest. Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services Minister Dr Jenfan Muswere praised citizens for their responsible approach to maintaining law and order.

Authorities reported zero significant incidents across the country. Police and government officials repeatedly emphasized the peaceful nature of the day, with most businesses operating normally and people going about their daily routines. The collective response demonstrated a united front against potential disruptions.

The failed demonstration proved that Zimbabweans prioritize national stability over divisive calls for protest. From schools to businesses, people showed remarkable resilience by simply ignoring attempts to create chaos. The day stands as a powerful statement of the country's commitment to peace and continued progress.
