Zimdancehall artist Shinsoman just got slapped with a fine after cops caught him lighting up. The Zimdancehall artist, known legally as Tinashe Romeo Anthony, admitted guilt alongside four buddies at the Mbare tribunal. Everyone in the group received a two-hundred-dollar penalty for possessing prohibited substances.
Magistrate Ranga Jere ruled that failing to cough up the cash means serving prison time. The judge suspended most of that potential jail term for five years, provided nobody gets busted for similar crimes again. It seems they all pleaded guilty immediately upon trial commencement.
