Zyxel Networks has released four WiFi 7 access points for business clients at prices ranging from $79.99 to $99.99. The devices feature quad-core Qualcomm processors and NebulaFlex technology that allows switching between on-site and cloud-based network management. Installation requires only scanning a QR code at the deployment location.
The access points support SSID VLAN tagging to separate network traffic for employees, guests and connected devices. Smart Mesh multi-link operation creates a dual-radio mesh backhaul that increases WiFi throughput by up to 40 percent. The NWA90BE PRO and NWA50BE PRO models offer BandFlex tri-band support with selectable 5 GHz and 6 GHz frequency bands.
Security features such as RADIUS Authentication and Captive Portal enable controlled guest access for hospitality and retail businesses. The devices carry limited lifetime warranties and are available through Amazon, Zyxel Store and authorized distributors. Shawn Rogers of Zyxel Networks said the products make WiFi 7 technology accessible to small businesses without requiring dedicated IT staff.
