If someone decides by their own free will to have cosmetic plastic surgery done on them whether it's rhinoplasty, liposuction, facelift, gynecomastia, etc is that a sin?
Well, if Jehovah doesn't like tattoos as it is written in Revhitiko 19:28 then consequently that means he also wouldn't like the idea of someone getting their body chiseled by a plastic surgeon. No?

If a person has to get work done on their body obviously it means they aren't quite satisfied by their looks hence they proceed to seek services of a qualified cosmetic plastic surgeon.
But then again, not everyone in this world is a Christian so it's not like they really care what Bhaibheri has to say concerning plastic surgery, tattoos, or any body modifications they desire.

It's probably because some of those weren't vaKristu, to begin with, and they are on a path of being born again. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend to just rush into conclusions.
