9lokkNine (Jacquavius Smith) a Florida rapper who pleaded guilty was sentenced to more than 87 months (seven years) in federal prison convicted on federal charges of unregistered firearm possession, aggravated identity theft, and felony possession of a firearm and ammunition.

The plea deal for Jacquavius Smith stipulates that he must complete three years of supervised release and submit to mandatory drug testing for three years. In addition to that, he must pay $10,416 in restitution and $300 in special assessment fees.

The initial indictment of Jacquavius Dennard Smith in July this year had him facing:
  • Two counts of burglary of a structure while masked.
  • Non-dwelling criminal mischief while masked.
  • Grand theft is more than $300 but less than $20,000.
  • Possession of burglary tools
  • Possession of a flock 22 .40 caliber gun-with 18 rounds of ammunition
  • Possession of Oxycodone (or Roxicodone).
