ANC slams US over alleged Venezuela aggression

The timeline officially broke when South Africa decided to lecture America on international law. Fikile Mbalula gathered media in Rustenburg to drag the United States for allegedly kidnapping Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro. He claimed that taking Maduro along with his wife, Cilia Flores, violated global sovereignty rules. The secretary-general insisted this behavior threatens peace while ignoring the United Nations Charter completely.

Mbalula argued Venezuela got targeted for refusing to hand over natural resources to powerful interests. He compared their struggle to local fights against inequality. The politician noted that history makes silence impossible when facing such aggression. He feels this selective law enforcement hurts developing nations disproportionately.

The party demanded urgent intervention from the Security Council to stop the escalation. Mbalula pushed for dialogue instead of violence while referencing Nelson Mandela to justify their stance. They believe protecting civilian lives requires cooperation rather than force.
