I don't support any crime whatsoever, but a government that has got work available for its graduates right after school wouldn't have them looking for who to scam by doing 419 fraud.

If the system doesn't help the citizens then the citizens will find illegal ways to help themselves and not continue waiting for empty promises made by its own government.
