Two young men stole a woman's bag near a shopping center. The theft happened during rush hour when she left work. Victor Tsikani and Daudi Banda jumped on the woman near Michiru Junction. People saw the crime and chased both men down the street. Police officers arrived just before angry crowds could hurt Tsikani.
