Assam Rifles personnel operating with Thoubal Commandos captured a member of the banned People's Liberation Army organization at Yaripok Bazar in Manipur's Thoubal district. Security forces recovered a mobile phone containing a SIM card from the detained individual, who was subsequently transferred to Yaripok Police Station for additional questioning.
