The ab Encoder MS plugin automatically manages encoding procedures, polarity adjustments and signal routing after users select their input configuration, eliminating manual matrixing requirements for field recordings and immersive microphone arrangements intended for virtual reality, Dolby Atmos and spatial audio applications.
The tool accommodates three input formats: two-channel configurations with Mid and Side signals, three-channel setups adding rear Mid components, and four-channel arrangements that include redundant Side information. Audio Brewers has set the retail price at 14 euros while offering complimentary distribution to customers whose purchases exceed that threshold through early January.
