Black Salt Audio says Telos kills harsh guitar mixes

Black Salt Audio launched their new guitar processing software called Telos - Guitars this week. The company designed the plugin to replace multiple tools that musicians previously needed for guitar mixing tasks. Musicians can process clean tones, lead guitar parts, heavy distorted sounds, and acoustic instruments with a single application. The software combines equalization, compression, saturation, and dynamic control features within one interface. Audio engineers no longer need to spend hours adjusting separate plugins to achieve professional guitar sounds.

The plugin offers specialized frequency controls for low, mid, and high ranges along with dynamic processing tools. Musicians can adjust bass weight, carve vocal space, add presence, and remove harsh frequencies through dedicated circuits. The software handles palm-muted guitar sections automatically while maintaining rhythm guitar punch. A built-in compressor and saturation module enhance the signal without creating unwanted artifacts. The company sells Telos - Guitars for $99 on Mac and Windows systems through VST3, AU, and AAX formats.
