CCC in Turmoil as Ncube and Tshabangu Spar in Court

CCC head Welshman Ncube asked courts to help him take back control from Sengezo Tshabangu. He wants judges to cancel a ruling that said party leaders stayed past their time. Tshabangu went to court saying all CCC leaders should leave because their terms ended last May. He also tried to stop the party from kicking him out. The case named several party officials as targets.

Ncube claims Judge Zimba-Dube gave Tshabangu a win just because of paper filing errors. The court acted like nobody showed up to defend the party, even though lawyers came. Ncube said he made mistakes with his court papers because he felt rushed from other cases. He told the court his team worked hard but missed some steps because they were busy. He thinks he can win if the court hears his side.

Tshabangu fired back at the new court move. His spokesman, Mlilo, called it strange to challenge a case after both sides had already talked in court. He poked fun at Ncube for not knowing basic legal rules despite being a lawyer. The fight keeps going between the two men who both claim to lead the group.
