Court records show Dame tried to change what Jakpa would say during the trial. Audio recordings prove Dame met secretly with Jakpa four times at a private house without telling Jakpa's lawyer about them.
The High Court accepted the secret recordings as evidence last June, and the Court of Appeal agreed with this decision. Jakpa told the court under oath that Dame sent him WhatsApp messages asking for documents. According to the complaint filed against him, Dame broke seven important legal rules.
