The campaign targets comprehensive organizational restructuring from local levels to parliamentary representation. Congress aims to establish itself as an inclusive political force serving all social groups regardless of background.
AICC-appointed observers will conduct visits to every taluka, municipality, and municipal corporation ward between August 2 and August 10. These officials will consult grassroots workers and select new local leadership through systematic evaluation processes. The party recently appointed 41 city and district presidents through merit-based selection criteria. Leadership preferences favor candidates under 55 years old while rotating veteran office-holders to create opportunities for fresh faces. Final appointments will be completed by the end of August, following comprehensive observer reports to state leadership.
