Lieutenant General Victor Khrenin from Belarus met with Zimbabwe's Defense Minister Oppah Muchinguri Kashiri at Defence House in Harare. The Belarusian official brought along his deputy minister, Major General Andrey Burdyko, who handles logistics and oversees the armed forces, plus some other government people. The visit centers on Belarus helping Zimbabwe get more farm equipment to boost agricultural output.
