Dell Debuts QD-OLED Monitors With Fast Refresh Rates

Dell released three new QD-OLED monitors for users who need high-performance displays. The first model features a curved 34-inch screen with 3440 × 1440 resolution. The second offers a 27-inch display with 2560 × 1440 resolution. The third provides a 27-inch screen with sharp 4K quality.

The 34-inch curved monitor delivers fast performance with its 240 Hz refresh rate and quick 0.03 ms response time. It shows bright images up to 1000 cd/m². This model comes with several connection options, including DisplayPort 1.4 and two HDMI 2.1 ports. Users can view multiple sources at once with picture-by-picture and picture-in-picture features.

Connection options also include USB Type-B upstream, USB Type-A, and USB Type-C ports. The USB-C port transfers data at 5 Gbps and charges devices at 15 watts. The 27-inch model with 2560 × 1440 resolution runs even faster at 280 Hz. It costs $549.99, making it the cheapest option among these new monitors.

The 27-inch 4K monitor sells for $899.99, and Dell plans to launch the 34-inch model on April 29 for $799.99. Every monitor is protected by a three-year warranty against OLED burn-in, which gives peace of mind to tech experts who need their displays to last many years.
