The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology highlighted several digital governance programs including DigiLocker, UMANG, myScheme, and Aadhaar, that promote transparency and accessibility across the population.

The UMANG application connects users to more than 210 government departments in 23 languages and serves over 96.3 million registered individuals with access to 2,132 electronic services. DigiLocker provides cloud storage for official documents such as identification cards, academic credentials, and licenses for 607.9 million users. The myScheme portal consolidates information about 4,000 programs from federal and regional authorities, while the India Semiconductor Mission showcases 24 chip design ventures, 87 startups, and partnerships with more than 290 educational institutions under the Design Linked Incentive Scheme.

The IndiaAI Pavilion presents the nation's strategy for artificial intelligence development centered on sustainability, inclusion, and international cooperation ahead of the India-AI Impact Summit scheduled for 2026.
