Dzvukamanja's first goals sink Highlanders after penalty miss

Terrence Dzvukamanja delivered a match-winning performance for Scottland against Highlanders at Rufaro Stadium yesterday. The striker netted twice to secure a 2-1 comeback victory that elevated his team to third position on the league table. Mafious Chihweta had given the visitors an early advantage before Dzvukamanja equalized from a corner kick. The forward completed his brace with a powerful second-half strike that proved decisive.

Highlanders missed a golden opportunity to salvage a point when Marvin Sibanda sent his penalty attempt wide of the target. Coach Tonderai Ndiraya expressed satisfaction with the result while acknowledging concerns about the defense. The victory moved Scottland to 37 points from 21 matches, reducing their deficit behind league leaders Simba Bhora to six points. Highlanders remained in eighth place with 27 points after the defeat.
