Elektron introduces Tonverk as a polyphonic sampler and sound-processing hub. The instrument combines multi-track sampling with modulation and effects routing capabilities. Musicians access eight stereo audio tracks, four bus tracks, three send tracks, and one dedicated mix track. Each audio track supports four machine types for different sampling and sequencing functions. The device processes external gear through MIDI sequencing options.
New effects processors feature Infinite Flanger, Warble, Chrono Pitch, Rumsklang Reverb, and Supervoid Reverb alongside traditional filters and distortion tools. Two assignable LFOs and modulation envelopes enhance each track. Polyphonic sequencing supports patterns up to 256 steps with individual track lengths and time multipliers. The Auto Sampler function multi-samples external instruments automatically via MIDI connections. Hardware specifications include a 128 x 64 OLED display, steel construction, an SD card slot, and balanced audio connections with dual USB-C ports, all for €1399 / £1199.
