Fastjet Zimbabwe will start flying between Harare and Lusaka next week. The new flights begin on Wednesday, April 9, and will run three times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. They plan to use a smaller plane—the Embraer ERJ145—which can accommodate 50 people for these trips between Zimbabwe and Zambia.
The company spokesperson, Nunurai Ndawana, talked about how Zimbabwe and Zambia help each other across many areas. He said this new route shows how much they want to boost growth throughout both countries. Fastjet Zimbabwe has served local communities for ten years already, and they feel happy about adding Lusaka to their flight map.
