FCB Nyasa Big Bullets Top TNM Super League After 3-0 Win Over Moyale Barracks

FCB Nyasa Big Bullets crushed Moyale Barracks 3-0 at Kamuzu Stadium. The victory moved Bullets back to first place in the TNM Super League standings. Chikumbutso Salima, Sean McBrams and Chawanangwa Gumbo each found the net for the home team. A large crowd watched Bullets reclaim the top spot from Mighty Wanderers. The win gave Bullets 24 points from nine matches.

Salima opened the scoring in the 11th minute after Babatunde Adepoju created the chance. The striker slotted the ball into an empty net when the defense lost track of him. McBrams doubled the lead before halftime with another well-crafted goal. Adepoju again provided the assist with a brilliant run through two defenders. Moyale struggled to create clear scoring opportunities against strong Bullets defense.

The second half saw Bullets make several substitutions to manage their advantage. Moyale pushed forward looking for goals but could not break through the home defense. Blessings Mpokera anchored the Bullets backline with several key interventions. Charles Nkhoma led Moyale attacks but lacked finishing quality. The visitors created some chances but failed to test goalkeeper Richard Nyasulu effectively.

Chawanangwa Gumbo sealed the victory in the 78th minute on his birthday. His powerful shot proved difficult for Moyale goalkeeper Jeremiah Simfukwe to handle. The ball rolled into the net to complete the 3-0 scoreline. Bullets controlled the final minutes to secure three crucial points. The result lifted them above Mighty Wanderers at the top of the league table.
