Final Fantasy 7 Remake Trilogy Hits Switch 2

Final Fantasy VII Remake might arrive fully on Nintendo Switch 2 soon. Game director Naoki Hamaguchi hinted that the entire remake series will come to the new system. He felt confident about the console because it has enough power for his games. The added memory helps developers create better experiences. As a longtime fan, making games for Nintendo holds special meaning for him.

The team recreated Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade with full features for Switch 2. They kept it similar to PlayStation versions where possible. His careful wording suggests they made some adjustments for the hardware differences. Players should expect a good version, but not identical to PS5 quality. Since the first game runs well, the next two parts should work fine on Switch 2.

Hamaguchi wants Nintendo and Final Fantasy to build stronger connections moving forward. He sees potential for both companies to work together more often. The Switch 2 launch revealed several major games coming to the platform. Square Enix appears ready to support the new system with major releases. Fans can look forward to playing these adventures both at home and on the go.
