Fire devastates Usain Bolt’s Montego Bay restaurant

A destructive fire consumed the Montego Bay branch of Usain Bolt's Tracks & Records restaurant on Gloucester Avenue, forcing emergency crews to spend hours extinguishing flames that severely damaged the establishment's upper level. The blaze started after midnight and caused substantial destruction to the roof section, though the ground-floor tenant beneath appeared to avoid major structural harm. The venue had recently participated in World Central Kitchen's relief efforts, providing meals to Hurricane Melissa victims.

The retired sprinter has yet to address the incident publicly. Authorities continue investigating what sparked the blaze while confirming no casualties occurred. The Gloucester Avenue site opened as part of Bolt's franchise expansion and served Jamaican dishes along the tourist corridor known as the Hip Strip.
