MSI just showed off two new gaming screens with really fast refresh rates. The company created these 27-inch monitors with special Samsung QD-OLED panels. Both screens run at 500Hz with super sharp 2560x1440 resolution for smooth gaming. They respond in just 0.03 milliseconds, making them perfect for competitive players. These monitors use third-generation QD-OLED technology for better colors and contrast.
One monitor comes with an AI camera that takes pictures every 0.2 seconds to adjust settings based on who sits in front of it. MSI added special protection against burn-in problems that often happen with OLED screens. The MPG 271QR model offers all these features with extra display certifications for better image quality. The MAG 272QP version has almost identical specs but lacks the AI camera system. MSI has not announced prices or release dates for either monitor.
Current high-end MSI QD-OLED screens cost around $700, but these new models will likely cost more. Both monitors feature faster speeds and newer display technology than previous versions.
