Companies must register online at the government website before July arrives. Treasury holds training sessions every Thursday from April through May for business owners. The system reduces costs and speeds up the buying process across departments. Computer technology helps track spending and prevents waste of public funds. All suppliers need accounts on the electronic portal before the launch date.
