Armed assailants killed All Progressives Congress leader Ejeh Ijachi at his Ugboju community residence during early Monday morning hours. Maxwell Ogiri, the Otukpo Local Government Area chairman, confirmed gunmen tracked the politician's home after his social gathering with associates. The attackers arrived on motorcycles and surrounded their target within his compound before firing multiple shots at close range.
