Celebrity chef Hilda Baci achieved her ambitious Guinness World Record attempt for the largest jollof rice serving at Eko Hotels and Suites on Saturday morning. The massive dish contained 4,000 kilograms of basmati rice combined with 500 cartons of tomato concentrate, 750 kilograms of oil, and 600 kilograms of onions. Workers prepared the meal inside a specially constructed steel pot measuring six meters across. Ten assistants wearing red uniforms used giant wooden paddles to stir the enormous creation while entertainment kept spectators engaged. Baci reduced her original plan from 250 bags to 200 bags after discovering weight limitations on measuring equipment.
