Hoima Retailer Found Dead in Car, Police Investigate Mystery Death

A shop owner from Hoima met his death inside his car after vanishing from work on Monday. David Mucunguzi ran a small store at the busy taxi park and lived in Kihemba village. The businessman failed to come home that evening after finishing his usual workday. His family grew worried and rushed to report the missing person case to local police officers. Cops immediately started searching for the missing retailer across the area.

Authorities discovered Mucunguzi's lifeless body sitting inside his Toyota Premio vehicle on Tuesday morning. The grim discovery happened in Buliima town council within Masindi district boundaries. Police spokesman Julius Hakiza confirmed officers had recovered the deceased man from his car. The body was quickly moved to Hoima City Mortuary for medical examination. Doctors will perform tests to figure out exactly what killed the local businessman.

The dead man had operated his retail business from the bustling Hoima taxi park for several years. He was well-known among customers and other traders who worked in the same area. Mucunguzi lived in Kihemba village located in Butema parish under Buhanika sub-county. His sudden disappearance shocked relatives who expected him to return home after closing his shop. The police investigation continues as officials work to solve this mysterious death case.
