Myanmar's government keeps hitting Shwe Kokko and KK Park with demolition crews, tearing down buildings linked to online scam operations. The joint forces knocked down six more structures in KK Park's Section 3, bringing the total demo count to 276 buildings across both zones. At Shwe Kokko, officials swept through 98 buildings but didn't catch any scammers since the fraudsters bailed with their phones and gear beforehand.
Authorities have grabbed 1,954 undocumented foreign workers and confiscated thousands of computers, mobile devices, and satellite equipment used for the scam rings. Out of nearly 13,000 illegal foreign entrants detained this year, more than 10,000 got sent back through Thailand, and the rest are waiting for deportation. The government says crushing these telecom fraud networks is a national priority, and they're coordinating with neighboring countries to keep the operations from popping back up.
