India's under-17 women's soccer team will compete in the AFC U17 Women's Asian Cup China 2026 Qualifiers from Oct. 13 to 17 in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. Head coach Joakim Alexandersson selected 23 players for the tournament at Dolen Omurzakov Stadium.
The Young Tigresses face Kyrgyzstan on Oct. 13, and Uzbekistan on Oct. 17 in Group G. Eight group winners from 27 teams will advance to join four automatic qualifiers from the FIFA U17 Women's World Cup 2025.
India captured the SAFF U17 Women's Championship in Bhutan in August before training in Bengaluru and Goa. The squad arrives in Bishkek on Tuesday, Oct. 7 to adjust to cooler conditions.
