INEC chief orders fair, transparent elections in Katavi

Electoral commission head Jacobs Mwambegele instructed 1,396 supervisors to maintain transparency and fairness when managing Wednesday's general elections in Tanganyika Constituency, Katavi Region. The justice told election officials they must follow legal procedures to preserve peace while voters select their representatives.

Nsimbo Constituency supervisor Julius Zacharia addressed 867 officials responsible for 281 polling stations. He told workers that proper adherence to commission guidelines will produce credible results that Tanzanians can trust across all participating political parties.
