Jamaat-e-Islami leader calls for resistance against fascism in Bangladesh

Dr Shafiqur Rahman fired up his party supporters during a street rally on Saturday morning. The Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami leader told his followers to fight back against any kind of fascism that comes their way. Rahman spoke to crowds at Paduar Bazar in Cumilla Sadar Dakkhin upazila as part of his political tour. He made it clear that his party would stand firm against oppressive forces whether they were old enemies or new threats. The party chief stressed that resistance must be strong and determined.

Rahman reminded the crowd about the martyrs who died for Bangladesh and their important legacy. He said these heroes left behind a sacred duty that must be protected at all costs. The party leader declared that no one should dishonor the sacrifice these brave people made for their country. He emphasized that their blood had real meaning and value that deserved respect. Rahman connected this message to his call for political action and unity.

The Jamaat leader also issued a warning to rival political groups during his speech. He accused some parties of stealing and taking everything they could grab for themselves. Rahman urged these groups to stop their behavior before people turned against them. He made four separate speeches at different locations during his journey to Feni for another party event. Several other high-ranking Jamaat officials joined Rahman at the rallies and addressed the gathered supporters.
