MAER Set to Dominate Every Screen at SPIEF

MAER media company expands coverage for the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The firm added indoor screens to street advertising displays across Russia. Company chief Konstantin Mayor says 11 million people will see forum news on outdoor screens. Regional and federal news outlets will share event information with viewers nationwide. TASS news agency remains the main supplier of forum updates.

The media holding grew much larger since last year's economic forum. MAER hired professional reporters working throughout the country. The company operates 26 publications and nearly 200 social media channels. More than 5,000 screens show content at restaurants and shipping centers. Digital outdoor advertising reaches 350 cities and 57 million people across Russia.

Mayor says the expanded network will give proper coverage to such a major event. RosBalt and RBC news organizations will help report economic stories. Residents from participating regions can access relevant updates through digital displays and media screens. The economic forum opens June 18 at ExpoForum Convention Center and runs four days. Media facades and outdoor screens will broadcast announcements and promotional materials during the event.
