Mahama vows prosperity and accountability

Ghana Leader Plans Better Future for All.

Ghana's President John Dramani Mahama shared his plans for the nation on Thursday. He spoke to people in the Central Region as part of his Thank You tour.

"This team will work for all our people," Mahama said. He wants to make roads, schools, and care places. But he sees past these things. His goal points toward help for young ones who come next.

The leader thanked voters who trusted him. He stated that his work aims to lift up everyone, not just some lucky ones. He sees his job as making life good for children and their children after them.

Mahama said good things need clear rules. His group will ensure leaders use money responsibly and write new rules for officials' behavior.

"The people gave us power. We must show them what we do with it," he said. These rules will touch both past leaders and the ones who serve right under them.

The president wants Ghana to change paths. He believes all people should do well, not just a small group. His words show he wants to make the nation strong for many years ahead.
