A bearded man kidnapped his wife from a passenger bus near Vyborg in the Leningrad region last Monday night. He blocked the road with his BMW at the 43rd kilometer of Primorskoye Highway, according to officials from the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The suspects threatened the driver with a gun, forcing him to open the bus doors on the Zelenogorsk-Ozerki route. He removed a 41-year-old woman he claimed was his wife before driving away with her.
