The Harare City Council wants to make a new computer system for people waiting for houses. This will stop bad things from happening inside their offices.
The Mayor of Harare, Jacob Mafume, told everyone about this at a meeting at the Town House today.
Mayor Mafume said this new computer system will improve things. With it, people living in Harare can talk to the city more easily.
"Many people feel upset because of slow paper work and some workers who ask for extra money," he said. "Our new computer system lets people see where their papers are. This makes it hard for workers to do wrong things."
