Nearly 20 percent of military and police personnel completed transactions on the first day, while RON95 purchases reached RM3.7 million daily after the broader rollout. Users need only a valid MyKad or driving license for automatic verification and can pay through digital wallet applications.
The Finance Ministry expects subsidy savings from this program to support education, healthcare and social development funding. Officials designed the system to balance public assistance with fiscal responsibility across government priorities.
