Build a Rocket Boy plans to release their first game, MindsEye, in about two and a half weeks. The company started under former Grand Theft Auto maker Leslie Benzies. Players need at least Windows 10 or 11, an Intel i5-12400F or AMD Ryzen 5 5600X processor, 16 GB of memory, and an RTX 2060 or Radeon RX 5600 XT graphics card. For better performance, gamers should use an Intel i7-13700K or AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D with an RTX 4070 or Radeon RX 6800 XT. The game requires 70 GB of storage space regardless of setup.
MindsEye runs on Unreal Engine 5 and supports NVIDIA DLSS 4 Multi Frame Generation for RTX 50 graphics cards. RTX 40 users can access Frame Generation features. RTX 30 and 20 owners can use Super Resolution instead. AMD or Intel upscaling might come later, but it remains unconfirmed. Unlike his previous work, Bungie created a story-focused action game rather than an open-world experience.
The game connects with Everywhere, a platform where users make their content. Players will create custom experiences similar to Minecraft servers. People can also use MindsEye elements inside other Everywhere projects. The company has not announced when Everywhere will launch.
