Mnangagwa Shuts Down Zanu PF Witch Hunt

President Mnangagwa spoke against kicking out party members based on gossip. He said Zanu-PF welcomes everyone. The party aims to leave nobody behind. He believes peace brings national growth. His message came during a meeting last Wednesday.

Christopher Mutsvangwa told reporters about what happened after the Politburo met. The President looked at the discipline cases brought forward. He turned down all attempts to suspend or expel members. Mutsvangwa said the President wants unity, not divisions from rumors. The leader hates needless fighting among members.

Nobody faced removal from the party. Even Shadreck Mashayamombe rejoined through Harare province. Two fighting members from Masvingo received warnings instead of expulsion. The President found both guilty because violence breaks party rules. He rejected suggestions to expel anyone.

The meeting also discussed Dorothy Mabika becoming chairlady in Manicaland. Patrick Chinamasa shared a report on this matter. The President will read security findings before making final decisions. Mercy Sacco will stay as acting chair until everything becomes clear. Mnangagwa warned people not to trick the party's voting system.
