The Myanmar Red Cross Society reported that 46 of its staff members participated in a Capacity Building Refresher Training program designed for support personnel. The four-day event, which took place at Yangon's Best Western Green Hill Hotel, was organized collaboratively by the society's Human Resources, Administration, Finance, and Logistics and Supply Chain Management departments.
The training was inaugurated with remarks from the society's Executive, Professor Dr Tin Maung Hlaing, and a National Society Development Delegate from the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, Ms Laura Martínez B. Attendees included headquarters-based employees whose roles involve planning, project implementation, and general office operations.
