MTN and NBS Plus target Uganda's youth with Nextars scheme

Ntege Hamza talked about a youth group that helps teenagers across Uganda become better leaders. The man works for Next Media and runs something called the Nextars Movement. He went on Next Radio last Monday to tell people about this special program. Young people between 15 and 25 can join clubs at their schools and universities. These clubs teach them how to speak better and help their communities.

The movement lets teenagers take charge of their clubs without adult interference. Students organize cleanup events at their schools and practice giving speeches to crowds. They also show off their talents and learn about different career paths from older mentors. Club members follow three main rules about being good people and helping others around them. The program teaches kids to work together and stay focused on their goals.

NBS Plus and MTN Uganda give money to keep the program running across the country. Millions of people can watch Nextars events for free through something called AfroMobile streaming. The youth movement keeps growing bigger each month as more students hear about it. Kids who want to join can visit the Nextars website to find clubs near their schools. The program promises to help young Ugandans become unstoppable forces for positive change.
