Young entrepreneurs in West Champaran district are launching small businesses through Bihar's Chief Minister's Extremely Backward Entrepreneurship Scheme. Shailesh Kumar operates a venture that employs four workers and generates steady income for his team. The program offers financial aid and technical training to support marginalized communities in establishing sustainable operations.

The 2022 initiative has created employment across Bihar while strengthening local economies. Participants receive guidance to manage enterprises that expand opportunities for surrounding communities.
